Summary
In this quest, you are asked to find a girl's pet monster, a Baby Sea Dragon, in Red River Cave on Birth Island. What the girl doesn't tell you is that a Demon Minion (level 3) is in the cave as well...
Recommended level
You can start this at any level, because you will level up as you are progressing through the quest. You will be strong enough to complete it at level 2 or 3.

Walkthrough
Step 1
Make sure you're in Birth Town, and go to the Town Square during the daytime. Daytime is 5:00 am to 9:59 pm central time. Talk to the girl (wearing the green dress) there. She will ask you to find Levi, a baby sea dragon who was lost in Red River Cave. Accept the quest.
Step 2
You will need a Candle in order to light the candles in the cave. Bootworms (found alongside Orbulites outside of Birth Town on the map under "Hunt for Monsters") sometimes drop them.
Step 3
Once you have a Candle, go to Red River Cave (it's outside of Birth Town).
Step 4
Inside the cave, walk to the lantern in the middle of the cave and light it. The stairs to Floor B2 will then magically appear in the bottom-right corner of the cave, so go down those stairs.
Note: There is also a treasure chest on that floor which contains five Cooked Cods, so you may want to get that before going down the stairs.
Step 5
Fight the Demon Minion on Floor B2, and he will drop Levi the Baby Sea Dragon.
Step 6
Return Levi the Baby Sea Dragon to his owner at the Town Square during the daytime for your reward.
